After virtual/ online presentations we will publish their papers free of cost in our associated journals.

Authors are invited to submit papers through the Conference Submission System. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication. Journal Publication.

Conference Program

FIRST DAY

The first day is all about registration, participants are supposed to sign in at the conference venue and collect all the conference materials at the registration counter on this day from 10:00 am.
The conference chair will be hosting a opening ceremony around 9:00 am in the morning, and all the participants are supposed to be there, then the keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a tea and coffee break and photo session for all the participants to take a group photo.
Participants’ presentations are divided into different sessions based on the conference topics; participants should copy his/her ppt/pdf presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A.
After all the sessions are finished, the conference chair and the organizer will be hosting a closing ceremony at lunch time around 2: 00 pm, where the best papers will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants’ early departure, best presentation may be selected and announced right after each session ends.

SECOND DAY

One day Tour/Academic Visit (Optional).

Registration Details

If your Abstract has been selected either for oral presentation or for virtual presentation, you have to pay the relevant registration fees to reserve a speaker’s slot in the conference programme or to publish your paper in conference publications or for both. One registration will cover only one presentation and/or one publication.
Conference delegates must make the registration fee payments through Credit Card or through bank wire transfer and send relevant scanned copy of the payment document to the email address misab@bireacademy.com

  1. The registration fees will not be refunded if your paper has been reviewed.
  2. The registration fees will not be refunded once the invitation letter for visa purposes has been issued.

However, in the above situations, the organizers will send a conference book and the certificate to the Registrant and will publish the paper in conference publications.

Information from Airport to Conference Venue

In Bali, NO train and bus services available and the street taxi may not be metered. Thus, please only use “Airport Taxi” from the airport to the city centre. Meanwhile, you can download e-hailing service called, “Grabcar” to travel around the city. This e-hailing service is very safe where you will know who your driver is, the vehicle registered plate no, the fare for your ride and estimated travel time.
